Call 800-656-HOPE (4673)\, chat at RAINN.org/hotline\, or text “HOPE” to 64673. RAINN also provides guidance on reporting assaults\, trauma recovery\, and connecting with local resources  rainn.org. \nNational Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) maintains a directory of local rape crisis centers and sexual assault programs across the U.S.\, providing advocacy\, accompaniment during medical exams or law enforcement interviews\, education\, follow-up services\, and referrals to other resources.
